Jeff graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, in Philadelphia, in 1979 with a 4 year certificate. During two of the summers he worked in Ocean City drawing portraits in charcoal and pastel. During and after school ended he painted numerous portraits, including commissioned live sittings.
